Our method
scientific foundations, personal guidance.

You know the feeling: a personality test, a report, and then "So, what do I do now?"

Insight without direction rarely creates change. That is why our method is built differently.

Big Five 30 facetter Life situation & goals Concrete strategies Hypotheses to test No label psychology Practical guidance
A test is not the truth about you

A tool for better questions, not a label.

A test is not the truth about you. It is a tool for asking better questions.

We combine research-based psychology (the Big Five model) with your actual life situation: your challenges, your goals, your everyday reality.

The result is not a label. It is a structured reflection that helps you see your own patterns more clearly.

A partnership for clarity

You are the expert on your life. We contribute the scientific structure and concrete guidance.

Together we create something more useful than a generic profile.

Here is how our process works in three steps:
  • • Step 1: Scientific foundation - Big Five and 30 facets
  • • Step 2: Your situation - what the test should help you with
  • • Step 3: The analysis - from profile to guidance
Our process in three steps

From research model to concrete guidance.

Each step deepens the understanding, from personality through situation to practical recommendations.

Step 1

Scientific foundation - Big Five and 30 facets

Why the Big Five? To understand personality you need a reliable map. The Five Factor Model (Big Five) is the most research-validated model in modern psychology, the result of decades of studies across cultures and populations.

The five dimensions (Openness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness, Neuroticism) provide a shared starting point. That alone is not enough.

The precision is in the details. Two people can both be highly extraverted. One can be dominant and decisive, the other warm and sociable. The difference is not visible in the main dimension; it shows up in the 30 underlying facets.

By analyzing facets such as "assertiveness" versus "sociability," or "dutifulness" versus "self-discipline," we create a detailed portrait of you specifically.

That precision is the basis for the next step: linking your profile to your actual situation.

Step 2

Your situation - what the test should help you with

A profile is not enough. It needs context. Your personality profile shows your natural tendencies. But it cannot know:

  • What you are struggling with right now
  • Which goals you are trying to reach
  • Which situation you are in

So we ask you. You are the expert on your life.

Through a few short questions about your challenges and ambitions, we connect your scientific profile to your actual reality. This is where the test moves from generic to useful.

For example: Two people can share the same Big Five profile. But if one wants to get better at setting boundaries and the other wants to take more space at work, they need completely different guidance.

Your personality + your situation = insights you can actually use. Next step: We analyze the connection and give you concrete recommendations.

Step 3

The analysis - from profile to guidance

What happens now? After you answer both the personality test and the questions about your situation, we analyze the connection between them.

We look at:

  • Which personality traits make your specific challenges harder
  • Which strengths you already have that can help you
  • Which concrete strategies fit your personality best

From general to specific. Instead of saying "You are conscientious; that means you are organized and reliable," you get:

"Your high conscientiousness can make you take on too much responsibility, which may be why you currently feel overwhelmed. Your strength is structure; use it to prioritize instead of saying yes to everything."

That is the difference between a description and guidance.

The result of the method

Tailored guidance for your specific situation.

Your personality + your challenges = concrete steps. Most personality tests end with a generic description. We go a step further by analyzing the link between your profile and your real situation.

A generic test says: "You are conscientious, you are organized and reliable."

We say: "Your high conscientiousness + your current challenge (saying no) means you may too easily take on too much."

Hypotheses to test, not truths to believe in.

We provide qualified suggestions based on your unique mix. A starting point for action, not a label to live by.

Not just self-knowledge. Direction.

Focus on your internal contrasts

Your most interesting traits often live in the tension between different tendencies, where you are both, not either-or.

  • High creativity + high caution Innovative yet risk-aware.
  • Low extraversion + high ambition Wants to succeed but needs time alone.

We show how these dynamics affect your goals and how to work with them instead of against them.

Your inner logic, mapped for action.
